What the list is

The MK.1 Investments buyer list is a free email list. Joining it does not create any agreement to buy or sell a property, and it does not make Mk.1 Investments LLC your agent or broker.

We send a property when it fits what you told us. We don't promise how often that will happen, or that any property will fit.

Properties we send

Property details, estimates and figures in our emails are offered for information only and may be incomplete or change. ARV and rehab are my estimates from recent nearby sales, not an appraisal or inspection. Every buyer should run their own numbers and do their own due diligence before buying.

Any purchase happens only under a signed written contract, and its terms control.

What you send us

We take your buy box as you wrote it and don't verify it. Sending it doesn't commit you to buy anything.

Licensee disclosure

JP Carino, CA DRE #02125829, is a licensed California real estate licensee. When MK.1 Investments offers you a property or assigns you a purchase contract, we act for ourselves as a principal, not as your agent or broker.

Stopping

You can leave the list any time on the opt-out page or by replying "unsubscribe" to any email. The stop is permanent.
