What does off-market mean here?

A house that isn't on the open market. MK.1 Investments looks for these houses, and when one fits your buy box, we email it to you. When we assign you our purchase contract instead of selling you a house we own, investors call that a wholesale deal.

Which counties do you cover?

Sacramento, Amador, Placer, El Dorado and Yuba. If you buy somewhere else, tell us on the form; it helps us decide where to look next.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. The list is free, and joining doesn't commit you to buy anything. Any purchase happens only under a signed written contract.

How does the matching work?

You tell us your areas, price range, rehab level and property types. We email you a property only when it fits what you told us, with our numbers and a note to run your own.

How often will I hear from you?

Only when a property fits. We don't promise how often that will happen, or that any property will fit. If it's quiet for a while, nothing has fit yet.

How do I stop the emails?
